Join Amy Grant and Vince Gill this December for an evening of music, love and joy in a celebration of the reason for the season. For the first time ever, catch the show during one of three matinee performances on Dec. 15, 22 and 23 at 3PM CST. With more shows than ever this year, the pair will be accompanied by American Roots musician Rodney Crowell.

“There’s something hallowed about those halls,” she shared about performing at the Ryman with Sounds Like Nashville. “It began as a Church, and so many magical performances have taken place on that stage. I think a lot of it has to do with how the room feels – there’s not a seat that feels very far away from the stage. The building itself just creates community, from the moment that you walk in. It’s built for people to experience something together, and you feel it every night. We give to the audience, and they give back to us. It’s a lovely and powerful thing – hopefully for all of us.”

The historically sold-out Christmas shows have previously included well-known hits such as “Let It Snow,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” and “O Holy Night.” A few lucky ticket-holders may even join in on the massive (faux) snowball fight that delights attendees of all ages. An iconic voice of the holiday season, Amy’s Christmas at the Ryman shows are an annual spectacle and well-crafted tradition for Music City visitors and locals alike.

“This has been a beautiful way to spend the holiday,” she told The Tennessean last year. “I think we’ll just take it one year at a time. I never would have thought that I’d still be doing what I’m doing. Then you get older and we all just bring what we bring to the table. What if the very thing we longed for, what if it’s right here? That’s what I want those shows to be.”
