Body Pulled From Cumberland
The body of an unidentified person was pulled from the Cumberland River in North Nashville Tuesday.
NASHVILLE, TN — Metro Police are investigating after the body of an as-yet-unidentified person was pulled from the Cumberland River Tuesday.
The body was discovered around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday near Youngs Lane, across the river from the Metro Center levee.

The person was pronounced dead on the scene; a cause of death was not immediately available.
