Busted At Bonnaroo: Deputies Seize $30K In Drugs
Deputies say they found a car with more than $30,000 in various narcotics at Bonnaroo.

MANCHESTER, TN — Coffee County Sheriff's deputies arrested two men during Bonnaroo Friday, seizing more than $30,000 worth of various illegal drugs.
Deputies were patrolling the music festival when they spotted a woman smoking marijuana. The deputies spoke with the woman and others nearby and obtained a search warrant for a vehicle. According to the deputies, they could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle and were able to see bags of marijuana and scales inside. During the search, the deputies said they found two pounds of marijuana packed in 58 bags, more than a pound of mushrooms packed in 138 bags, 11 pills of molly, 11 ecstasy pills, and one bag with a half-gram of Ketamine. The total street value of the drugs was estimated at more than $30,000.

Daniel W. Loper, 37, of Eugene, Ore., and Ryan Alpeus Wiggins, 23, of Rock Hill, S.C. were charged with two counts of manufacturing, delivering, selling and possession of controlled substances and are being held at the Coffee County Jail on $100,000 bond each.
Coffee County has made more than two dozen arrests since the festival began Wednesday night.
