Since our HCA Healthcare Veterinary Center is currently closed for public viewing, we wanted to share with you the animals currently residing in our neonatal care rooms! For the next few days, you'll be able to watch our caracal kittens and southern cassowary chick on these live camera streams!

Caracals
These two male caracal kittens were born May 20 to a pair of caracals living behind the scenes at the Zoo. These two will be ambassador animals at the Zoo, meaning they will participate in educational programs, animal shows, Wildlife on Wheels programs, and more! Check out this Facebook Live we did with the caracal kittens to learn more about them. Please note, the caracals will only be available for viewing from 9am to 4pm.
Cassowary
Neo is a female southern cassowary chick. She hatched June 5 and is the first cassowary to be hatched at Nashville Zoo. Check out this Facebook Live we did with Neo to learn more about her.
