Cesar Lara-Munoz Wanted For March 5 Fatal Shooting At Nashville's Hookah City Cafe

The 23-year-old is believed to have traveled out of state since the murder.

Homicide Unit detectives have sworn out a murder warrant charging Cesar Daniel Lara-Munoz, 23, with the March 5th fatal shooting of Edgardo Cruz-Reyes at the Hookah City Café, 4651 Nolensville Pike.

The investigation, being led by Detective Christopher Cote, shows that several patrons were inside the Hookah bar when a fight erupted inside the business. It was learned that during the altercation Lara-Munoz retrieved a gun and allegedly shot Cruz-Reyes, 23, and a second man, who sustained a non-life threatening wound to his arm.

Lara-Munoz is believed to have traveled out of state since the murder.
