The man did not have a vendor license, as required by city code, so police shuffled him away, but they say they spotted him a few minutes again attempting to sell. Their patience sufficiently tested, the officers took the tickets Henderson was offering and checked them with the Bridgestone Arena box office, which said that the tickets were fakes, according to the affidavit.

The purported value of the tickets was $1,056. The actual value was $0. Henderson is charged with criminal simulation.
