Fleeing Driver Injures 4 Near Music Row: Police
A driver fleeing a Music Row traffic stop hit an SUV, critically injuring two inside.

NASHVILLE, TN — A driver racing away from a traffic stop hit an SUV, injuring the four people inside — two of them critically — Wednesday night near Music Row.
Around 9:30 p.m., a Metro Police officer attempted to stop a car for a traffic violation, but it sped away and into the intersection of 17th Avenue South and Edgehill, hitting an SUV.

Two of the people inside the SUV were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with critical injuries, the driver was transported with non-life-threatening injuries and another passenger was treated on the scene.
Metro Police say the driver has outstanding warrants and that there were drugs inside the car.
