Goodlettsville Little League Stays Alive With Win in 4-2 Extra Innings Thriller
Incredible defensive play saves the season in the sixth and a homer wins it in extras.

SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, PA — Sometimes it's just magic.
In the bottom of the six, Park View of Chula Vista, Calif. came within inches of walking off the win. With runners on first and second and one out in a 2-2 game, Santiago Garcia hit a sharp ground ball to Goodlettsville third baseman Zach McWilliams, who tagged third and fired across the diamond for the inning-ending double-play. The throw, though, was off-target and squirted into right field. Adriel Colmenero, who reached second on the hit, turned and charged towards third and then raced for him.
Goodlettsville right fielder Isaiah Page whirled a laser to the plate and in a single motion, catcher Tanner Jones got the ball over his shoulder, spun and tagged Colmenero with his fingers just millimeters from winning the game and eliminating Goodlettsville.
