Jorge Arambula, 35, of Houston, Texas, had the material in his vehicle when he was stopped for speeding on I-24 near Spring Street Tuesday night. It field tested positive for fentanyl and has been sent to the MNPD Crime Laboratory for further analysis.

Arambula is charged with a felony drug offense and is jailed in lieu of $75,000 bond.
