Massive Nashville Meth Bust: 2 Arrested, Nearly 9 Pounds Seized

Two men were arrested in a huge Nashville meth bust Monday with more than 4,000 grams of the drug seized, according to police.

NASHVILLE, TN — Metro Police seized more than 4,000 grams of methamphetamine in a major bust Monday. Two men were arrested after police found the drugs — nearly nine pounds worth.

According to affidavits, 22-year-old Seruand Rivera, 22 and Jose Perez, 21, acted together to distribute more than 300 grams of meth during April and the first few days of May.

Both men are charged with conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and are being held on $100,000 bonds.
