Memphis Man Wanted On Felony Aggravated Assault Charges For Jan. 19 Shootout In Nashville

Hermitage Precinct detectives have sworn out arrest warrants charging three counts of felony aggravated assault against a Memphis man in connection with a January 19th shootout near the intersection of Murfreesboro Pike and Millwood Drive.

Courtney L. Davis, 23, who is last known to have lived on Ragan Street in Memphis, was recorded by a surveillance camera getting out of a red Buick parked at a convenience market and exchanging shots with other individuals across Millwood Drive in a Taco Bell parking lot. The car was later located abandoned and impounded.
