Middle Tennessee Weather: Freeze Warning Friday Night And Saturday Morning
Friday night's lows in the Midstate will dip into the low 30s and, perhaps, the upper 20s.
NASHVILLE, TN — Bring in your plants and cover what can't come inside as dogwood winter's bite will strike Middle Tennessee Friday night and Saturday morning. The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Warning for all of the Midstate from midnight to 8 a.m. Saturday.
"As high pressure moves in and winds die down tonight, temperatures will fall below freezing for most across Middle Tennessee. Lower 30s will be in store for many, but sheltered locations and valleys will fall into the upper 20s," the National Weather Service says.
Not to fret though: highs will soar back into the upper 60s and low 70s Saturday and then into the upper 70s Sunday.
