Murder suspect Corbin Rashard Arrington, 24, surrendered a short time ago to Homicide Unit detectives at police headquarters. He will be booked later this evening for the 2:40 a.m. fatal shooting of Damien Johnson, 25, at The Overton Brentwood Apartments on Edmondson Pike.
