Nashville Judge Injures Woman While Parking

Criminal Court Judge Randall Wyatt hit and injured a court employee while parking his car Tuesday morning, according to police.

NASHVILLE, TN — A Nashville judge hit a court employee with his car while pulling into a parking space earlier this week, according to police.

Around 8:40 Tuesday morning, Criminal Court Judge Randall Wyatt, 79, was pulling into a spot in the subterranean parking garage reserved for judges and court employees beneath the A.A. Birch Building when he hit Kathleen Cullen, who works as an administrative assistant for General Sessions Judge Melissa Blackburn. Cullen hit her head on the pavement and was taken to the hospital for treatment and was released.

There was no evidence of impairment or intoxication, according to police.
