This particular chat on Feb. 10 was monitored by an out of state undercover FBI agent who shared information about what had taken place with the MNPD’s Criminal Investigations Division. Detectives determined that the person responsible for the video, who used screen name RebalBorn615, was actually Jonathon Ladd, 25, of Lebanon Pike in Hermitage. During the execution of a search warrant at Ladd’s apartment today, Ladd admitted to being in the chat group. When asked whether he had actually sexually abused the young girl, with whom he is acquainted, or just chatted about it, Ladd replied that he had not abused her. He then refused to answer further questions.

Ladd is in the Metro Jail with a bond set at $150,000.
