Nashville Man Charged In Rape Of Minor
Metro Police arrested a 37-year-old man on two counts of rape of a juvenile Wednesday.
NASHVILLE, TN -- A 37-year-old Nashville man allegedly raped a juvenile at his Leslie Avenue home in West Nashville last week.
Metro Police arrested Frank Marcel Green Wednesday, charging him with false imprisonment and two counts of rape.
According to his juvenile victim, Green told her on Dec. 7 he was moving from his Leslie Avenue apartment to Atlanta the next day and invited her to his apartment, because she was interested in renting it.

Once there, she said Green told her to check out the bedroom and then she said she heard the door lock behind her and saw Green standing between her and the door naked but for his socks.
She said he then held her down and raped her.

Green remains jailed on $160,000 bond.
