Nashville Man Handcuffed On Lawn Following Home Invasion
A 66-year-old man was robbed and handcuffed at his Second Avenue home, police say.

NASHVILLE, TN — A 66-year-old man was found handcuffed on his own lawn following an apparent home invasion Friday afternoon.
The man told police he walked out his around 10 a.m. Friday when he saw two dark cars and two men approaching. Those men, he told police, forced him back inside his home at gunpoint.

The suspects apparently demanded money and beat the man with their weapons, he told police. Eventually, they broke into a small safe containing cash and a small amount of marijuana. They handcuffed the victim and pushed him to the floor before fleeing.
The man told police he managed to work his way back to his feet and out the door. A neighbor saw him on the lawn around 1 p.m., three hours after the initial attack.

The suspected were described as two men in their mid-30s, about 5'10" tall with long dreads, and a muscular build.
