Nashville Man Killed In Apparent Exchange Of Gunfire Outside Trinity Lane Convenience Store

The victim has been identified as Bobby McGuire, 21.

Homicide Unit detectives are investigating Sunday’s 2:30 a.m. fatal shooting of Bobby McGuire, 21, during an apparent exchange of gunfire outside Pizzaville (Marathon) at 234 W. Trinity Lane.

McGuire, of Nashville, and an unknown suspect exchanged gunfire in the parking lot. McGuire was taken to Vanderbilt Medical Center by personal vehicle where he died. A second man was also struck, a 34-year-old innocent bystander who was fueling his vehicle at the gas pumps at the time of the shooting. He drove himself to Vanderbilt Medical Center where he is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
