The office will be open for its regular hours from 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Metro Action is located at 800 2nd Avenue North. Applications for assistance and information about our programs are accessible on the agency’s web page (www.nashville.gov/mac.)

Metro Action is in the midst of a heightened need for assistance with services such as rent, mortgage and utility assistance.

“The agency recognizes that coming off of a holiday may mean an increase in the amount of customers who need help urgently. We want to do all that we can to minimize any interruptions or delays as we transition back to normal operation,” said Lisa McCrady, Director of Communications for Metro Action.
