Nashville PD Working To ID Gunman In Apparent Targeted Shooting Outside Ewing Drive Strip Mall

East Precinct detectives are investigating Tuesday afternoon’s apparent targeted shooting of a 34-year-old man outside a strip mall at 123 Ewing Drive.

The suspect fired on the victim as he exited his business at 3:15 p.m. The victim, who was struck twice by the gunfire, immediately ran into the shop next door. The gunman fled in a gray Nissan sedan. When officers arrived, the victim had already been transported to a hospital by private vehicle. He sustained non-life threatening injuries.
