Nashville Stepdad Brings 5-Year-Old To Drug Deal, Shootout: Police
A 35-year-old Nashville man brought his step-daughter to a drug deal, got robbed and tried to flee from police, MNPD says.

NASHVILLE, TN — Metro Police say a man brought his 5-year-old step-daughter to a drug deal that devolved into an attempted robbery, shootout and police chase.
Jeffrey Donaldson, 35, went to a drug deal, but was instead robbed at gunpoint, investigators allege. He then fled the scene, all while his 5-year-old step-daughter was in the back seat of the car. The would-be robber began to chase Donaldson, firing several shots at the car. Police were able to stop and arrest Donaldson and the other man.
