Nashville Teens Given Wrong Pizza Open Fire On Market: Police

Three teenagers were arrested after police say they fired stolen guns from a stolen car at a store that gave them the wrong pizza.

NASHVILLE, TN — Three Nashville teenagers allegedly fired shots toward a market in North Nashville, apparently because they were given the wrong pizza.

Metro Police arrested 18-year-old Djuan Bowers, 17-year-old Tynerick Turner and an unnamed 16-year-old Tuesday afternoon outside the D.B. Todd Market on D.B. Todd Boulevard. An undercover officer, surveilling nearby on an unrelated matter, saw shots fired from a white Nissan Sentra, according to police, and followed it to a home on 32nd Avenue North and then called for backup, after which the trio were arrested. The Sentra had been reported stolen.

Police say a search of the car revealed three stolen handguns and a hydrocodone pill.
