There's a good chance of rain and storms throughout the weekend in Nashville, but temperatures will moderate a bit.

NASHVILLE, TN — A wet weekend is in store, according to the National Weather Service forecast for Nashville. There may be periods of sunshine Saturday, but there's at least a slight chance of storms every day, but cooler temperatures come with the rain.
Friday night: A 20 chance of showers or thunderstorms lingering from the afternoon, otherwise cloudy. Low of 70.
Saturday: A 30 percent chance of rain and storms, otherwise cloudy with a high of 88. A better chance of storms in the evening, with a 60 percent chance, especially after 1 a.m. Low of 69.

Sunday: A 50 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms with light southwest winds veering to the northwest later, with a high of 85. Rain clears out overnight, but clouds remain. Low of 65.
