We are now in Phase 3 of the Mayor’s return to work and will be returning to our normal process for all water taps. However, water shutdowns will still require an internal review to determine the impact on customer outages. Please remember to contact Mws.ds@nashville.gov for all requests. Please be advised that due to the previous tap and shutdown limitations, we are experiencing scheduling delays. We appreciate your patience as we strive to meet customer demands.
If you have already submitted a request for a tap or shutdown, your request will be processed in the in the order it was received. If you submitted a request and were denied, please resubmit.
Status is subject to change based on the City of Nashville’s ongoing monitoring and response efforts. MWS will do our best to keep everyone updated.
For the latest information, please monitor the Status of Metro Services on Mayor Cooper’s COVID-19 Response page, www.asafenashville.org.
Thank you for your patience during these unusual times.
