Pedestrian Critically Injured Saturday on Bell Road Dies

The pedestrian critically injured Saturday at 1:30 p.m. on Bell Road near Hickory Hollow Lane has died.

Rose Rolan, 71, was crossing Bell Road when she reportedly walked out in front of a 2019 Toyota 4Runner driven by Charlie Turcios, 30. Rolan was not in a crosswalk. Turcios was issued a citation for driving without a license.

Rolan, of Bell Road, was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she died.
