Single-Vehicle Crash On Old HIckory Boulevard In Madison Claims Life Of Nashville Man

The Nashville man killed in Thursday’s 8 p.m. single-vehicle crash on Old Hickory Boulevard in Madison is identified as Anthony Thomas, 52.

The preliminary investigation shows that Thomas was driving a Hyundai Kona east on Old Hickory Boulevard near Lincoln Park when, for reasons unknown, the SUV crossed over into oncoming lanes of traffic, left the roadway, and struck a tree. Thomas, who was wearing a seatbelt, was transported to Skyline Medical Center where he died.

Toxicology testing will be conducted.
