The preliminary investigation shows that Raybon was driving a 2013 Dodge Charger south on Whites Creek Pike when, according to another motorist, the car ran off the roadway, down an embankment, and into a creek bed. Raybon, who was not wearing a seatbelt, died at the scene.
Toxicology testing will be conducted to determine whether drugs or alcohol played a role in this fatal crash.
