Sunday Homicide Victim From Bordeaux Home Identified Through Fingerprints

Homicide Unit detectives are pursuing leads in Sunday afternoon's fatal shooting of one man and the wounding of another at 1473 Dolan Road in Bordeaux.

Larry Parker, 66, whose identity was confirmed late today through his fingerprints, died inside the home from gunshots that apparently came from outside. An unidentified older man in the home at the time of the gunfire fled before police arrived.

The 31-year-old wounded man, who arrived at the hospital by private vehicle, told detectives he was shot in the back while outside. He said that he was in the area scouting for a location to film a music video. He was treated and released.

Detectives are investigating whether the gunfire is drug related.
