Tad Cummins, Elizabeth Thomas Spotted In Oklahoma City: TBI

Surveillance footage captured Tad Cummins and his former student Elizabeth Thomas at an Oklahoma Walmart March 15.

NASHVILLE, TN — The TBI has confirmed a sighting of 15-year-old Elizabeth Thomas and her former teacher, 50-year-old Tad Cummins, at an Oklahoma City Walmart. It is the first confirmed sighting of the pair since Thomas was reported missing March 13 after a friend dropped her off at a Shoney's in Columbia.

Surveillance footage shows Cummins and Thomas shopping at the store. Cummins paid cash for food, but "did not purchase anything else of significance," according to investigators.

The TBI says that it is clear from the footage that Cummins has darkened his hair and that Elizabeth may now have dyed red hair.
