Tennessee Titans Ranked As One Of Most Valuable Sports Franchise: Forbes
A new Forbes ranking shows Nashville's NFL team is among the world's most valuable sports franchises.

NASHVILLE, TN — Though a new survey says the Nashville Predators are the Midstate's most popular pro sports teams, their gridiron counterpart is one of the world's most valuable sports franchises, according to Forbes.
In Forbes most recent ranking of the top 50 most valuable teams in sports, the Dallas Cowboys came in No. 1 with a value of $4.2 billion. Forbes ranked the Titans No. 39 with a value of $2 billion, an amount Forbes said rose 34 percent in the past year. The Titans were tied with the NBA's Los Angeles Clippers and baseball's New York Mets. The Titans are a sexy pick to win the AFC South this season, but they'll need to make up $600 million on the Houston Texans to top the division's financial power rankings. Fellow AFC South teams Indianapolis and Jacksonville ranked No. 32 and No. 42, respectively.
