Vanderbilt vs. MTSU Football: Everything You Need To Know

Vanderbilt and MTSU hook up Saturday in the semi-regular War For I-24. The Commodores are looking for their first win of the season after surrendering a 10-point lead at home in the season opener last Thursday against South Carolina. The Blue Raiders took care of business with a 55-0 drubbing of Alabama A&M in Murfreesboro in a game that saw superstar sophomore signal-caller Brent Stockstill complete 22 consecutive passes and Murfreesboro native I'Tavius Mathers score his first touchdown for his hometown team after transferring from Ole Miss.

Here’s everything you need to know.

Kickoff time: 3 p.m. CT

TV and radio: SEC Network, Vanderbilt IMG Sports Network, Blue Raider Network

Point spread: Vanderbilt is favored by 5.5.

Tickets: As of midday Thursday, around 100 tickets are still available through the Vanderbilt Ticket Office or Ticketmaster. MTSU sold out its 1,825-ticket allotment.

Parking: Most on-campus parking is reserved for National Commodore Club members, but spots are available in the 25th Avenue Garage at Jess Neely Drive and 25th Avenue for $15. Free parking is available at the Terrace Place and Wesley Place garages off 21st Avenue. There is also limited parking at Centennial Park for early arrivers, some street parking, particularly across West End and a handful of unofficial lots.

Prohibited items: Vanderbilt does not allow backpacks, bags or purses larger than a standard sheet of letter-size paper, umbrellas, strollers, selfie sticks, smoking or vaping inside the stadium. Here's the full list of stadium policies.

Traffic: Pre-game campus access for parking is available from West End at 25th, 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st avenues and from Blakemore at 24th, 25th and Natchez Trace. On game days, Natchez Trace is closed between West End and Dudley Avenue and Jess Neely Drive and Kensington Place are both closed between Natchez Trace and 25th. A full traffic map is available here.
