• Gloves stored with raw meat, spilled milk on onions, 20 lbs of fried chicken discarded (local3news.com) — Several Ooltewah businesses, including Luxe Beauty Lounge, Beautyology, For You Art Gallery and Tattoo, Kevin Brown’s Burgers, Rafael’s Italian, and a local Taco Bell, all earned perfect or high health scores in the latest inspections. The report also flags a few lower-scoring restaurants elsewhere in the region, helping you gauge where food safety practices recently fell short.
