Will Cupp | Sevierville Realtor | Smoky Mountain Homes

I spent a good part of my life running like a bull, only to eventually discover I was standing in a china shop.

I broke a few things. Fell down more than a few times. And somewhere along the way, by the grace of God, I learned that getting back up can teach a man considerably more than never falling in the first place.

So, if you're looking for the normal Realtor bio, I should probably apologize now. This isn't one.

My name is Will Cupp. I'm a Sevierville Realtor and real estate broker with Realty Executives Associates, serving Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley, Sevier County and the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee.

More than 30 years in real estate has taught me a few things. I've been a Realtor, broker, leader, trainer, auctioneer, problem solver, negotiator and entrepreneur.

But those aren't the things that made me who I am.

Life did that. Being a husband and father did that. Making mistakes did that. And most importantly, God did that.

I used to think experience meant having the answers. Today I think experience means knowing enough to listen before giving one.

My specialty? The property, person or problem that doesn't fit neatly into a box.

Smoky Mountain cabins, luxury vacation homes, short term rental investments, mountain homes, land and acreage, estates, inherited properties and complicated real estate transactions.

I don't begin with "How do we list this?"

I begin with "What are we really trying to accomplish?"
Because behind every piece of real estate is something considerably more valuable than the dirt, bricks and lumber.
There's a person.
Somewhere starting over. Someone coming home. Someone who simply doesn't know what to do next.
Maybe I can sell the property. Maybe I can negotiate the problem. Maybe all you need is thirty minutes, a cup of coffee and someone who's been around long enough to say, "I've seen something like this before."
I'm still learning. I'm still serving. And thankfully, I'm a little more carful
