Officers released a description and phone number for tips, urging anyone who recognizes the suspect’s clothing or appearance to contact the Alvin Police Department immediately.

Alvin police investigate after 5-year-old is left in locked daycare van (houstonchronicle.com) — A 5-year-old attending Alvin Learning Tree Academy and Daycare was accidentally left in a locked van for up to 45 minutes, prompting a child endangerment response from Alvin police. The child was unharmed, but a Brazoria County grand jury is now reviewing whether the involved daycare worker should face charges, even as state records show no reported injuries in the past five years.
   

3.
