• Argyle to gain 62 acres from land swap in Flower Mound - Cross Timbers Gazette Southern Denton County Flower Mound (crosstimbersgazette.com) — Argyle is set to gain more than 60 acres from Flower Mound after a recent council-approved land swap, giving the town new open space along I-35W. Most of the land will be preserved for natural or recreational use, while a smaller piece could support new commercial development, raising questions about future parks, traffic, and how the town will balance growth with neighborhood impacts.
