2. First Thursdays
When: Thursdays from 5 - 8 p.m.
Where: Downtown Arlington
Visitors can enjoy art installations, live music, community, and a stroll through downtown. The event is perfect for families and anyone who wants to experience local culture, while grabbing a bite, and listening to local bands.

3. 12th Annual South Street Art Festival
When: April 3-5
Where: 300 - 600 block of E. South Street
The longest running art festival in Arlington’s cultural district, the South Street Art Festival draws up to 100 local, regional, and national artists selling works in 14 different categories. Whether visitors are looking for a new art piece for their home or just seeking inspiration, this dog friendly event is the place to be for all things art.

4. Lone Star Smokeout
When: April 24-26
Where: AT&T Stadium, 1 AT&T Way, Arlington
Enjoy three days of country music, legendary barbecue, and ice cold beverages at this award-winning country music festival. The festival is labeled a “parking lot” party, but on a much grander scale with more than 19 top country performers and more than 14 award-winning BBQ vendors from Texas and beyond.

5. Events at the Levitt Pavillion Arlington
When: Ongoing throughout spring and summer
Where: 100 W. Abrams St., Arlington
Free live music and other events will be happening at the Levitt Pavillion all season long. Acts like Uncle Lucius and Martha and the Vandellas will be hitting the stage for performances under the star. Grab a blanket or chair and find a spot on the lawn. Parking is free.

6. Yoga at the Lake Arlington Garden
When: The second Saturday of the month through July, 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Where: Lake Arlington Native Plant and Pollinator Garden, 5500 Lake Arlington Dr.
Commune with nature and build flexibility with this free yoga class. Participants will practice yoga alongside the demonstration gardens and native plants. Space is limited.
