The shop offers a range of coffee drinks plus pastries, tacos and their popular handpies. It also has a range of seating options, giving customers the chance to unwind in the loft or schedule meetings in private rooms.

Owner Joshua Moore credits Arlington's diversity with fueling his decision to open the business. It's also the inspiration behind the name. "For me it was a no-brainer," Moore said. "Every day you're going to meet somebody new and completely different than anybody you've ever met. And I love that."

Moore also sees himself as a mentor to the staff, sharing lessons learned along the way. He's gone beyond the duties of a traditional business owner, even helping with construction. He also continued with plans to open in April 2020, during the early months of the coronavirus pandemic. "Create a solution, be willing to just not give up," Moore said. "Ultimately, just follow your peace."

Inclusion Coffee is located at 101 E. Abram Street, Suite 110 in Downtown Arlington. Click here for more information.
