Jim Ross was elected to the open Mayor’s seat with 54.45% of the vote, according to unofficial vote totals. Michael Glaspie received 45.55% of the vote in the runoff election, according to unofficial totals.
Nikkie Hunter was elected to the open District 3 City Council seat with 55.65% of the vote, according to unofficial vote totals. Diana Saleh received 44.35% of the vote, according to unofficial totals.
