Five Easy Ways To Find A COVID-19 Vaccination Site In Arlington

All three FDA-approved vaccines will be available at the clinic.

Several options are available, from pop-up clinics to home visits, to help Arlington residents receive COVID-19 vaccinations for free to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Pop-Up Clinic This Friday in East Arlington

On Friday, June 11, the Arlington Public Library and the Arlington Fire Department will host a pop-up vaccination clinic from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the East Library and Recreation Center. No appointment is needed. All three FDA-approved vaccines will be available at the clinic. Minors will need a parent or guardian to accompany them. No prior appointment is required. AFD Holds Twice Weekly Vaccine Clinics

The Arlington Fire Department also holds twice weekly vaccine clinics at its Public Health Building, located at 2920 S. Cooper St. No appointments are necessary for the vaccine clinics, which are available between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. These clinics are convenient for those who still seeking their first COVID-19 vaccine or for those who have missed their second dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine. Vaccines are eligible for those 12 years of age and older. Anyone under the age of 18 years old will need a parent or guardian on site for consent. AFD Offers Vaccines for Homebound Residents and Their Caregivers

Arlington residents who are homebound because of mobility or medical issues can request that the Arlington Fire Department provide a COVID-19 vaccination. Vaccines will also be provided to caregivers in the home. Please call the Fire Department at 817-575-3700 to request a home visit if you meet these criteria.

Request at Pop-Up Vaccine Clinic

Want to host a vaccination event for your employees or volunteers? The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth (HSC) and Tarrant County have created a feature that allows organizations and businesses to request a pop-up COVID-19 vaccine site to be held at their location. These pop-up mobile clinics will be deployed throughout the community at no cost to organizations or community partners. Use the Vaccine Finder Tool to Find Other Providers Near You

Numerous other options are available for residents seeking COVID-19 vaccines through doctor’s offices, pharmacies, and other providers. At least 50 providers in the Arlington city limit on the Vaccine Finder website, an online tool that helps people find pharmacies and other locations that offer COVID-19 vaccines nearby.
