Embrace Your Wellness is an independent, woman-owned yoga wellness studio. We strive to provide a safe, supportive, inclusive space for everyone to learn and practice yoga & meditation. Additionally, we offer massage and facials for a relaxing experience to treat the mind, body, and soul.
