Merryhill School Students Donate to Ronald McDonald House
Students held a lemonade stand to raise funds for the organization, which supports seriously ill and traumatically injured children

Students at Merryhill Preschool & Elementary School in Arlington recently raised nearly $200 for Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth. Throughout the month of July, students worked together to sell lemonade and baked goods at their school. The donated funds will help provide comfortable stays for families residing at Ronald McDonald House while their children are being treated at nearby hospitals for critical illnesses or traumatic injuries. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping those in need in their community.
The Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth offers a supportive home-like community that eases burdens, lessens stress and enhances the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families in Texas.
