One Shot In Burleson Road Rage Incident
The chase came to a stop in front of the Burleson Police Department.

BURLESON, TX — One person was injured Monday afternoon when a road rage incident turned into a shooting in Burleson, police said.
Operators for Burleson 9-1-1 received a call around 1:54 p.m. from a person who said they were being chased by another driver. The driver in the other car was firing gunshots.
The victim, police said, was injured when the car came to a stop in front of Burleson Police Department.

Witnessed told police the incident began near Altamesa Boulevard in Southwest Fort Worth.
A police investigation is underway. Authorities said no shots were fired in the vicinity of the department.

One person of interest was detained. Police have not said if the person is considered a suspect in the shooting.
The injured person was taken to a nearby hospital, police said. His or her condition is unknown.
