• U20 WNT World Cup Roster Announced (topdrawersoccer.com) — Bedford's own Ainsley McCammon has been named to the U.S. Under-20 Women's National Team heading to the World Cup in Poland this September, giving local soccer fans a hometown player to cheer for on the global stage. The 21-player roster blends NWSL pros and top college standouts, with several Texans included, and all U.S. matches will air on FOX's sports networks. It's a rare chance to watch a Bedford athlete compete at a World Cup.
