The City of Bellaire would like you to be safe this Halloween. The CDC has issued some guidelines for trick or treating and alternative Halloween activities for a safe and fun holiday. Please see the links to the information below.If you choose to participate in trick or treating this year, you might consider placing a pumpkin at the end of your walk and turn on your lights to alert children and families that you are passing out candy. If you choose not to participate, you might want to post a sign for those trick or treaters to let them know to pass your home.If you are trick or treating from house to house, please follow these CDC trick or treating guidelines.Click here for some alternative Halloween activity ideas.
