Coach Julie Murry, her assistant-coach husband Brett, and freshman daughter Madelyn all shared in the title run, turning the Murry familyās long Bullard-centered softball journey into a milestone moment for the community.

International awards scholarships to Tyler-area graduates (tylerpaper.com) ā Bullard residents can celebrate Bullard High School valedictorian Piper Drinkwater, who just earned a $2,500 STAR Scholarship from P.E.O. International for her academic, artistic, and leadership achievements. The award recognizes her top class ranking, volleyball leadership, and extensive volunteer work, and will support her plans to study architecture at Brigham Young University. Another Tyler-area senior, Sylvie Geer, also received a $2,500 scholarship.
