Cedar Park Police Track Down Man Charged With Exposing Himself To Boy
Roel Anthony Vasquez, 27, is charged with exposing himself to a nine-year-old in the bathroom of a Target store.
CEDAR PARK, TX -- Police confirmed the arrest of a man they say exposed himself to a boy at a Target store in February.
Roel Anthony Vasquez, 27, has been charged for the incident in which police say he exposed himself to a 9-year-old boy at a Target store. City spokeswoman Tara Long told the Austin American-Statesman that tips poured in from the public after surveillance video of the suspect was released.
Vasquez was arrested on Wednesday and booked into the Williamson County Jail. He was later released after posting $25,000 bail.

The incident stems from Feb. 24 in the Target store located at 1101 C-Bar Ranch Trail, according to an arrest affidavit. in the store's bathroom, Vasquez was in a stall with the door closed but as the boy inside was leaving, a roll of toilet paper rolled out from the stall the accused man occupied -- all details found in the affidavit cited by the Statesman.
Vasquez is said to have asked the boy to hand him the toilet paper. As the boy bend down to hand it to the man, Vasquez "...then opened up the door to the stall and was standing up naked from the waist down," the affidavit reads.

The boy fled, and told his mother what had happened.
Store employees were able to describe the vehicle Vasquez left in to police, but officials credit the tips from the public for leading to his capture.
