Cedar Park Police Work Among Three Officers In Different Units Yields Burglary Suspect
Christopher David Harper was stopped for riding bicycle without a light, which led to his arrest in an unsolved string of burglaries.

CEDAR PARK, TX — A man stopped for riding a bicycle without a light was recently booked into jail after Cedar Park offices teamed up for solid police work to determine he was in possession of stolen items, officials said on Monday.
Christopher David Harper was booked into the Williamson County Jail on April 18 following collaboration among Cedar Park officers Jesus Castillo, Bronson Buell of the patrol division and Antonio (Tony) Alvarez of the Criminal Investigation Division.
During the night shift between April 17-18 worked by Castillo and Buell, the officers stopped Harper for riding his bicycle without a light. During the interaction, the officers noted the bicycle style and logo on the backpack Harper wore matched those used by an as-yet unidentified burglary suspect, police said in a statement.
