Expect Delays As Cedar Park Police Close Toll Road Lanes In Recreating Fatal Car Wreck

From 6 a.m. to about 10:30 a.m., police will reconstruct the traffic fatality that claimed the life of a college student on Sunday.

Cedar Park, TX -- Police advise residents to upcoming traffic delays and lane closures along the northbound 183A toll road from Avery Ranch to Brushy Creek Road on Tuesday as they reconstruct a fatal rollover accident that claimed the life of a college student over the weekend.

Leander resident Katherine Ann Myers, 22, was killed early Sunday morning when her vehicle rolled over at the site. Police received a call about the crash just before 4 a.m. Her death represented the second traffic to occur in Cedar Park this year.

On Tuesday (June 28), police will be at the site to continue their investigation into the crash. The reconstruction will occur from 6 a.m. to about 10:30 a.m. as police seek clues into what may have caused the fatal rollover crash.
"Please be prepared for delays and lane closures," police advised.
The young woman's death was the second traffic fatality occurring in Cedar Park in the span of just one week.
