His female companion is charged with criminal mischief stemming from the two-day crime spree last month.

CEDAR PARK, TX -- Police leveled charges against two young people in connection with a shooting spree involving BB guns, according to a published report.

Cedar Park resident Gilbert Emanuel Hernandez, 18, was charged for the incident that occurred last month when he allegedly shot at another driver and firing upon four parked cars and a pair of businesses, according to the Austin American-Statesman. Police charged him with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief for the shootings that occurred May 15 and early May 16, the newspaper reported.

A companion, Alexia Kelley Pochat, 17, was also charged with criminal mischief, the Statesman reported while citing the Williamson County Sheriff's Office in its report.

No injuries were reported as a result of the crime spree, officials said.

According to an arrest affidavit, Pochat picked up Hernandez and another man who was not charged. In the vehicle were four BB guns, according to the affidavit. Hernandez reportedly wanted to shoot up the car of the "...lady who got him evicted at Lake Villas," according to the affidavit that referenced the complex at 2201 S. Lakeline Blvd.

The affidavit indicates that was the site of their spree, where they allegedly shot up four vehicles along with windows of a Half Price Books store and a European Wax Center location. They then are accused of shooting at a pickup truck at 3:43 a.m. on May 16 in the 3800 block of Brushy Creek Road.

The victim of that incident drove to a fire station and called 911, the Statesman reported. Consequently, Hernandez was booked Wednesday under a $40,000 bail. Pochat also was booked with possession of a controlled substance and was still behind bars at the Williamson County Jail as of Thursday with a bail of $13,000, the Statesman reported.
