76-Year Old Man Claims 23-Year Old Girlfriend Hit Him
Police are looking for Jessica Leann Roth, who is accused of slamming a door on her 76-year old boyfriend's arm.
LA PORTE, TX — A 23-year old woman is charged with felony elderly abuse after she allegedly hit her 76-year old boyfriend with a door.
The man told police that he and his girlfriend, identified as Jessica Leann Roth, were arguing in late March at the apartment they shared in the 300 block of North 2nd Street.

The man told investigators that he was trying to walk away, and went into the bedroom to avoid the argument.
When he tried to shut the door, the man said Roth shoved the door toward him hard enough to cause a bruise and cut to his arm.

The boyfriend said he reported the incident after hearing that Roth sent a text message to a friend indicating she wanted him dead, KPRC reported.
Roth has not been arrested.
